Our Safety Measures
Our clients and employees safety is our top priority, so for now and as long as we need to, we are taking “new normal” safety measures in helping to contain any spread of Coronavirus.
- We use hand sanitizer before and after entering your home
- We wear disposable gloves and face masks while in your home
- We use a fresh set of cloths at each customer’s home
- We use Health Canada Approved disinfectant to wipe high-touch areas such as doorknobs and light switches as well as tools and equipment after use
- We continue to practice social distancing
- To ensure social distancing, we request that clients are either away from their home or isolated in a separate room during our stay
- We will inform you immediately if any staff member has any illness related to the Covid-19
While we take your safety very seriously, we are also working hard to ensure our staff have a safe working environment.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES:
- Please cancel your appointment if:
- Anyone in your home has any illness related to the Covid-19 (fever, coughing, headache, nausea, lack of taste/smell, etc.)
- You have recently been in contact with someone who has travelled outside of Canada or BC
- You or someone in your household works a job that is high-risk to COVID-19 exposure
- Canceling is completely fine, but please let us know as soon as possible
- Please follow physical distancing guidelines, and avoid being in the same room as your cleaner while they work
